Have questions? We have answers! Let’s introduce the teams here at ApartmentIQ that you will interact with during your initial implementation process and beyond.
 

Customer Success Manager

Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is here to support you in all things strategy and adoption. Please contact your CSM should you have questions related to these threads. Topics may include:

  • Communicating with our Implementation and Support teams to ensure your account is built and configured as requested, during your initial implementation.
     
  • Collecting Initial collateral including subject properties (Market Survey Properties) to be built in your ApartmentIQ account, competitive properties for each subject property, and an initial User list with specified access. 

    Please Note

    Our Implementation Team cannot begin building your organization's account without these pieces of collateral. 

     

 

  • Purchasing and configuring new Market Surveys and Research Reports.
     
  • Getting set up with training for all users.
     
  • Product development requests.
     
  • ApartmentIQ best practices and continued strategy support.

Implementation and Support

Our Implementation and Support Team is responsible for initial account creation, quality assurance, general platform questions, and ongoing data integrity.  Please contact our Implementation and Support Teams for tasks along these threads. Specific examples of these topics may include:

  • Building your purchased and requested subject properties in ApartmentIQ, along with requested competitive properties. 

    • Please note that we will need your requested subject properties and competitive properties before our Implementation Team can begin building your account. Once received, initial account build and Q/A typically takes between 5-10 business days - account size dependent. 
       
  • Adding an initial user list with specified access.

    • Once your initial user list is added, Admin Users from your team will then have the ability to add and remove users and grant/remove permissions as needed on an ongoing basis.
       
  • Login/Password concerns.
     
  • Questions related to data integrity during initial implementation, as well as on an ongoing basis. 

    • The best way to report data integrity questions or concerns is by selecting Suggest an Update while in ApartmentIQ. 
       
  • Building competitive properties that do not yet exist in ApartmentIQ.

    • ApartmentIQ boasts the largest competitive property database in the industry. We are able to track most competitive properties who showcase unit-level pricing and availability. Should the competitive property you are looking to track not yet exist in ApartmentIQ, our Implementation Team is happy to build it in our system if possible. 


Getting in contact with Support

Should you ever have questions related to data integrity, or have questions pertaining to general platform support, our Support Team is here to help! There are two ways you can reach out for help.
 

Suggest an Update

Let’s say you are reviewing your data, and notice that there is a concession missing for one of your competitive properties. No worries - we can investigate! The great news is that ApartmentIQ captures over 95% of current concession values automatically. 

However, should you have questions regarding data integrity, please do the following:

  • Navigate to the Market Survey Report or Property Report within a given property.
     
  • Click Suggest an Update in the top right hand corner. 

 


 

  • Select the property name that the update is associated with. In this case, the missing concession is related to one of your comps. Select that property in the drop down. 
     
  • From here, select the metric Concessions or Concession Details.
     
  • Select the Metric Type - does this Suggested Update apply property wide? To 1 bedroom units only?
     
  • Include a Title for your Suggested Update such as “please update this competitive property to include the concession running on their website.”
     
  • In the Comments, include the Concession information, and any other relevant information that could be helpful for the Support Team. 
     
  • Click Submit. 

 


 

Our Support Team will investigate, validate, and make updates to your data if publicly validated, within 24-48 business hours.
