Overview 

This is a new “home base” for ApartmentIQ Market Surveys. With this new view, you can quickly identify under performing assets and where to focus your efforts each day, right from your My Properties landing page. 

My Properties (Market Survey)

My Properties will showcase all of your owned or managed properties and how they compare to your curated set of competitive properties. 

ApartmentIQ property reports are fully automated Market Surveys, collected solely from public data. Information in your property reports are updated every 24 hours- so you can trust that you have the most up to date pulse on your market. 

My Property data can be accessed from the home screen of the ApartmentIQ dashboard. To view a specific property (Market Survey) click the name of the property.

To see all the properties in the comp set, click the arrow next to the property name to expand and see the full comp set that is in your current Market Survey. 

Manage Metrics

You will notice that there are many metrics selected by default. However, you can deselect any of these metrics should they not be relevant to your needs. From here, select the metrics you want to see by default. 

Click on Manage Metrics and select/deselect the metrics you would like to see. 

Once you have selected your metrics, you can sort any data point from high to low, or low to high by hovering and clicking next to each metric or data point as shown below. In doing this, you are able to see where your subject property is sitting in the market relative to that metric. 

Exporting Excel

You can download the Excel Report within the My Properties. These reports are an excellent way to pull customized metrics into an editable report that is sorted for your needs.

Click Manage Metrics. From here, select and/or deselect metrics you wish you include or exclude from your login view and reporting. 

Saved Views 

Create saved views immediately. Choose the properties that you want to see in this view, the metrics associated, and the default sorting. 

At any time edit the existing the saved views or delete it by hovering over the Portfolio Report saved view. 

Saved Views- Share & Schedule  

Share save views with individual users or the whole account. Schedule and send any saved view.

Market survey permissions apply here - users can only see surveys in shared views they've been granted access to, which can be shared with specific individuals or an entire team. Only the creator of a view can edit or delete it, and if a view is deleted, all associated emails are deleted as well. Any member with access to a view can create an email schedule, though only the schedule's creator can edit or delete it.
