Initial Access
To access ApartmentIQ, you must be added as a backend user of your account by your team or manager, or by contacting the ApartmentIQ Support Team. Once your access has been set, you will then be able to enter into ApartmentIQ.
To sign-in to ApartmentIQ for the first time:
- Accept the invitation to join your ApartmentIQ account. Should you not see this invitation, please check your spam folder. It should look like the image below.
- From here, there are two login options: System Level Sign-in, or Single Sign On Options such as Google, Microsoft, or Okta SSO.
- For Google or Microsoft SSO, please select the affiliated icon to sign-in.
- For Okta, please enter your email address and press continue. From here, Okta will prompt you to authenticate.
- For system level sign-in, please enter your email, and create a password.
- If you are unsure which option to select, please enter your email and press continue. Your SSO provider will prompt you to utilize SSO if this is an option for you.
- For Google or Microsoft SSO, please select the affiliated icon to sign-in.
- Once logged in, you will land on your personalized dashboard. It’s as easy as that!
Sign-In Troubleshooting
Should you have trouble signing into ApartmentIQ, please follow the steps below to verify access.
Steps:

Check your unique company email and/or your property email for an invite from ApartmentIQ. It should look like this:
- Should you not see the invite, check your spam folder.
- Still not seeing your access? Navigate to the ApartmentIQ sign-in page.
- Click Google or Microsoft to login with SSO, or enter your email. Click continue.
- Select forgot password. This will force the system to send you a new invite.
- If you receive an error message, you have not been added as a user in your account. Please contact your direct manager to be added as a user.

Reset Your Password
Forgot your ApartmentIQ system level password? No problem! You can update your password at any time from the ApartmentIQ login page.
To reset your ApartmentIQ system level password:
- Navigate to app.apartmentiq.io.
- Next, enter your email address. Click continue.
- Should you need to reset your password, select forgot your password.
- You should receive this reset email within a few moments.
- Click into the email and reset your password.

Should you have trouble resetting your system-level password, please contact the ApartmentIQ Support Team.
Please Note
If your organization is leveraging SSO (Google, Microsoft, or Okta) for sign-in, you will not reset your password in ApartmentIQ. Please sign in to ApartmentIQ using your SSO provider. Please reach out to a tech admin from your organization should you need assistance with resetting your organizational password.
